Shipping Process

Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for standard UPS ground delivery. For faster arrival, we also offer a one week Quickship delivery.

Cancellations and Returns

If there is a need to cancel or return an order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. If the order has not left the Annieglass warehouse, you will receive full credit to your credit card. If the order has already shipped, you may return the merchandise, and your credit card will be refunded for the merchandise amount and any applicable sales tax.We trust your package will arrive safely. In the unlikely event of a broken or damaged piece, please contact us directly and we will initiate a reship as quickly as possible.
